Aaron Flint
Founder / Business Growth & Exit Advisor
Aaron Flint is a business consulting professional who helps owners systemize operations, scale with confidence, and exit successfully. With over thirty five years of hands-on experience, he brings a builder’s mindset, an operator’s discipline, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run and grow a successful business.
Aaron began his career in 1989 working alongside his father, a real estate broker known for his “get-it-done” attitude and relentless drive to push through roadblocks. Aaron completed post-inspection work orders, often under tight deadlines to help close deals on time. That early experience instilled a deep understanding of urgency, accountability, and customer relations.
He then started his own business in 2001 as a general contractor, mastering the fundamentals of project execution and business management for over a decade. Although that business ultimately failed, the experience was a turning point, providing hard-earned lessons in leadership, operations, and financial discipline that would shape his next venture.
From 2017 to 2024, Aaron applied everything he’d learned to start, grow, and sell a top-tier plumbing company that had become a model of operational excellence, a journey that now fuels his mission to help other business owners do the same.
Aaron understands the challenges entrepreneurs face because he’s lived them. He now works directly with owners to streamline their systems, optimize performance, and unlock business value whether they’re preparing for rapid growth or planning their exit.
